Return and Exchange Policy (Items Purchased from Stores):

Dear Hi Kids guests, we are delighted to serve you and would like to draw your attention to the Return & Exchange policy should be as follows:

1. Return of items will be issued by the original invoice with 1 day of the original purchase date, and with the value of item printed on the receipt, as long as the purchased item in new condition with all original packing, attached tags, and not used.

2. Exchange of items will be issued by the original invoice with 2 days of the original purchase date, and with the value of item printed on the receipt, as long as the purchased item in new condition with all original packing, attached tags, and not used.

3. Refund will be issued based on original payment method (for Visa & Master Cards refund will be done to the same credit card used in purchase).

4. Masquerade costumes and children"s garments can be returned or exchanged in the same day only.

5. Return or Exchange is not allowed on electronic items such as cars, scooters after ensuring their condition & trying them in the stores.

6. For hygiene and safety reasons return or exchange is not allowed for Food & Beverages, Accessories, Masks, sunglasses, Perfumes, swimwear, or any used items unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

7. Refund & Exchange of item will only be entertained once.

8. On gift with purchase promotions, the gift should also be returned along with the purchased product to receive an exchange or refund.

9. No Refund for discounted items or items purchased during any special offer or Sale, and can be exchangeable within only 1 day of original purchase date, with the value of the item printed on the receipt.

Return and Exchange Policy (Items Purchased from On-Line):

Our valued customer, if you are not satisfied with your purchases at Hi Kids Online, we are here to assist you as per below policy:

1. The exchange is within 48 hours from the time the order is received.

2. Refund will be within 24 hours from the time the order is received.

3. Return or Exchange should be from the same website and not from any Hi Kids branches.

4. Return or Exchange will be done with the value of the item printed on the receipt, as long as the purchased item is not used and carton or case must be in the same original condition with all packing and attached tags and not used with the required original invoice. 

5. Exchange of item will only be entertained once.

6. On gift with purchase promotions, the gift should also be returned along with the purchased product to receive an exchange.

7. Discounted items or items purchased during any special offer are exchangeable or refundable within only 1 day of original purchase date, with the value of the item printed on the receipt.

Cases where the product cannot be returned or exchanged:

·   When submitting the return request after a specified time, which is 25 hours from the date of receiving the product.

·   When using the product, or if it is damaged due to misuse, or when it is not in the same original condition that was purchased.

·   Masquerade costumes and children’s garments can be returned or exchanged in the same day only.

·   For hygiene and safety reasons no return or exchange is allowed for Food & Beverages, Accessories, Masks, sunglasses, Perfumes, swimwear, or any used items unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

·   Products that serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.

·   Products without stickers, original packaging, or lack of any of their accessories.

·   Specific products such as books, CD, and DVD.

·   When the returned item is received, it will be examined by the Hi Kids team to verify its condition and the amount paid will be returned to the card during which the purchase was made and within seven working days taking into account the time required by the bank to conduct the return process.

Return and replacement fees:

·        In case of the Return or Exchange process is accepted, the customer will bear all expenses of shipping charges and bank charges, and the amount that was paid by the customer will be returned minus that

·        In case of the Return or Exchange process is not accepted, the customer will bear all shipping costs and fees to return the product to Hi Kids and to send it back to the customer again.
